A $30 billion data center project planned for land owned by Teresa Earnhardt in east Mooresville is no longer moving forward. Mooresville Mayor Chris Carney announced on Wednesday, August 13, that the developer behind the proposal, Colorado-based Tract, has withdrawn its request entirely.
