Former Joe Gibbs Racing employee Chris Gabehart recently filed his declaration in response to the JGR lawsuit. The organization sued Gabehart for copying sensitive data and using it for his personal gain to secure a role at Spire Motorsports in the 2026 season. However, in a document shared by NASCAR analyst Matt Weaver, Gabehart opened up about JGR's favoritism for Joe Gibbs' grandson Ty Gibbs.
